Ball-Gram Greetings Return Policy

The MOST important thing is YOUR HAPPINESS!

Our goal is to make you happy while you are making someone else happy with a Ball-Gram Greeting!

Balls generally ship the next business day. All balls are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (whichever option you specified at checkout).

We cannot be responsible for delayed delivery by the USPS and due to the personalized nature of a Ball-Gram Greeting, we cannot accept returns for refund. BUT...

If the ball does not arrive or if the ball arrives damaged or popped, we will resend the Ball-Gram Greeting at no charge.

However, if the ball is returned for "insufficient address" due to an improper address provided by the sender, the sender will need to pay a shipping and handling fee of $5. This will cover the cost of re-sending the ball via USPS First Class Shipping.
